What If I Feel My Book Has Negative or Fraudulent Customer Reviews?

If you are concerned that a review posted to your book's account is overtly negative or fraudulent, you may have recourse steps you can take. Please note that Gatekeeper has no liability for or control over reviews but we wish to assist you in addressing items of concern.
If you have seen a review that violates a chosen retailer's terms of service, we recommend reporting this review directly to the retailer. Large retailers, such as Amazon, often have articles posted to guide you on what constitutes a violation as well as how to report them.
When a review is posted that doesn't violate a retailer's terms of service, Gatekeeper Press has no power to remove that review. You can always ask the retailer to remove it, however this does not guarantee that it will be taken down. Retailers often have strict policies on how they handle product reviews and Gatekeeper Press has no control over these policies.
